Mafia: The Old Country was fully revealed at The Game Awards 2024, just like Hangar 13 promised it would be earlier this week. What wasn’t promised though was a release window, with the studio declaring that it’ll arrive on PS5 sometime in 2025.
Sure, that’s definitely not what Mafia fans would’ve wanted but if it does arrive then, it’ll have only been two years between the game’s reveal and its launch, so it’s not too much of a wait.
Unless of course you count the years between the last new Mafia release (not a remake) and The Old Country, which, if it arrives in 2026, will be a whole decade. Thankfully it’s supposed to arrive just before that in 2025, barring any delays of course.
Regardless, at least there’s a new trailer fans can ogle over, and you can check it out below.
