You have to wonder who some collaborations and promotions are aimed at, when things like this pop up. Spotted by Wario64, the jewelry seller Helzberg is offering customers a “free” PS5 Slim when you spend $1,799 or more.
If you didn’t already know, a PS5 console does not cost nearly that much at its regular retail price, never mind the sale price that it is now at, from now until December 24, 2024.
At its current regular retail price, a digital PS5 will run you up $449.99, though the current sale price will only set you back $379.99.
If you want a PS5, there are far cheaper ways to go about getting one. Even the PS5 Pro will only set you back $699.99, a decent chunk less than $1,799.
However, if you’re someone who’d be looking to propose to the love of your life, and you don’t have a PS5, then it looks like you could do well to check out the Helzberg website, and see if any rings above $1,799 catch your eye.
