An Xbox console exclusive is coming to PS5, according to a list of games shared by Tokyo Game Show 2024 organizer, CESA. We’ve been expecting this game for a while, and it’s none other than Pokemon-inspired monster-taming adventure, Palworld.

Palworld launched on Xbox platforms as well as PC in early access earlier this year, and has been teased for the PS5 a number of times. The game’s eventual release on PlayStation platforms was all but confirmed when Sony and Palworld developer PocketPair teamed up for a joint venture called Palworld Entertainment.
Earlier today, Gematsu shared the aforementioned list of games that are scheduled to make an appearance at TGS 2024, with Palworld for PS5 among them.
Unless CESA made a massive mistake, which we highly doubt is the case, expect an announcement at the upcoming event.
Back in June, Palworld community manager appeared to tease a PS5 release over on X. Prior to that, PocketPair revealed that it was in talks to bring the game to more platforms.
As for when Palworld will exit early access, we expect to hear more at TGS and hope its full release coincides with its PS5 launch.
