What are you looking forward to playing in August?
This month sees a plethora of games arrive on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC, including a few games on our list of upcoming Game Pass games, such as Creatures of Ava — check out our recent Creatures of Ava interview — and Core Keeper. We’ve already seen Aspyr Media’s Star Wars: Bounty Hunter remaster launch on the platform with what looks like a fairly easy achievement list, but that’s not the only game from a galaxy far, far away launching on Xbox in August, as Ubisoft’s Star Wars Outlaws also drops on Xbox Series X|S in a few weeks’ time.
We’ll also have a chance to finally slay evil unicorns as a hoverboard-riding cat in Gori: Cuddly Carnage — we’ve partnered with Wired Productions to celebrate its upcoming launch with a custom Xbox Series X giveaway. Elsewhere this month, Square Enix’s Visions of Mana comes to Xbox, although it doesn’t appear to be coming to Game Pass as previously expected, and Monster Jam Showdown will be taking us on an explosive ride with some of the biggest names in the sport.
