This week’s lineup is highlighted by Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. Here’s what William Schwartz had to say about it in his review:
“Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain exceeds even the wildest expectations of what is possible for a sandbox stealth title. While it deviates slightly from what we’ve come to understand a Metal Gear title to be, The Phantom Pain’s new additions make up for it in spades to sit atop the heap as the best Metal Gear game in the series.”
The next game, or set of games, that might catch your eye is the Amnesia: Collection, which arrived on PlayStation 4 nearly a year ago. Here’s the announcement trailer:
The Vita game, Hue, was reviewed positively by Dean James who said:
“Making a game that stands out from the rest of the crowd can be rather difficult, and while Hue definitely draws inspiration from other games, the overall experience is well worth the time. The adventure starts off at a slower pace as the colors are gradually introduced, but as the gameplay picks up the deeper you get into the game with well designed puzzles, all accompanied by a fantastic instrumental score, Hue really shines bright as an example of a puzzle platformer done right.”
